Western Care Association will be holding our Annual Clare Island Walk on Saturday 8 [th] July in order to raise vital funds for the people we support with disabilities. 5, 8, 12Km routes. Western Alzheimers is holding its 4 [th] Annual Peak of the Reek challenge at Croagh Patrick on June 16 [th]. The challenge is to climb Croagh Patrick while also raising vital funds for Western Alzheimers.

These funds enable Western Alzheimers to continue to provide vital services to people living with dementia and their families in Mayo, Galway and Roscommon.
Living Well is a free HSE programme which helps people living with a long-term health condition to manage their condition and improve their overall wellbeing.
